What happens once we are scheduled?

Once the property is ready, the photographer will meet you at the property, or enter with permission and instructions provided. After the photoshoot is complete, the same photographer will create backups to secure your images, edit each image to a high end professional standard, and present them to the client in an online gallery. There, the client will be able to have a bird’s eye view of the entire project and be able to hand pick their favorites. The gallery has a built in storefront that allows a seamless pruchasing experience that allows instant downloads and additional later purchases. We like this method because it encourages the photographer to knock your socks off with the best images possible!

How does the pricing structure work?

We have a pricing structure that is designed to scale with the value of each property and allows you to have full control over which images are purchased. Our scheduling fees are all encompassing for travel, photography and post production. Scheduling, expediting fees, video and Matterport services are all invoiced at the time of scheduling. Once paid, that holds your spot on the schedule. Images are purchased a la carte after production.

are drone services included?

Yes, we include drone service with every photo and video project. We do not charge a seperate drone service fee.

My Client would love to use images for their portfolio or business, is that possible?

Absolutely! We run into this situation often and would be happy to offer additional licenses to your clients. This will allow them to have a seperate contract for their use when it comes to publications and marketing. Images purchased under the $9.99 web ready pricepoint are for MLS and use of the sale of the property only and are non-transferrable. We do offer a $99.99 per image commercial service that is geared towards interior designers, developers and artists that delivers images in their highest fidelity. This is a perfect option for color critical work, large prints, portfolio use, and large scale marketing.

Do you travel for projects?

Yes we do! Our team has their roots in working all over the world for various brands. For local projects, we include 30 miles of travel distance. If your project is farther than that, each additional 30 miles is $49.99.

I see something I want changed in my images, can you fix that?

Our specialty! We have a commercial grade editor on our team with 10 years of experience fixing those last minute details.
